This caramel flavoured smoothie works wonders and will keep you feeling full for hours, as well as give you a little caffeine hit to power you through the morning.

Caramel Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 1 Prep Time:

Ingredients

  • 1 Double Espresso Shot (if you don't have access to a coffee machine, you can dissolve 1-2 Tbsp instant coffee in 1 Tbsp boiling water in the bottom of the blender)
  • 1 - 1 1/2 c Light Coconut Milk (depending on your desired thickness)
  • 2 Scoops Cookie Dough Plant-Based Protein Powder (vanilla also works)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients in the blender and whiz up until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a glass or a takeaway cup to take with you out the door!

Notes

Other ingredients you can add include peanut butter, oats or chia seeds.
