5-Ingredient High Protein Choc Mousse!

Serves: 5 Prep Time:

Ingredients

  • 600G Silken Tofu
  • 1c Coconut Milk
  • 1c Peanut Butter
  • 1/2c Maple or Brown Rice Malt Syrup
  • 2-3 Heaped Tablespoons of Cacao Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Dark Chocolate (optional - for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Spoon into jars or glasses and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate for decoration if desired.
  3. Enjoy immediately or place into the fridge to cool and set.

Notes

If you want a smoother texture, blend it in a food processor!
